Creating Working 3D Characters

Below are two examples of successfully texture mapped character models…

First: UV maps where painted over in Illustrator using a graphics tablet, then moved into photoshop to be saved as JPEG files.

Second: JPEG maps ‘skins’ where imported into blender, and mapped around the box character body.

Third: Characters tested with markers and FLARToolkit SWF files to view model and texture.
